Define converted.

If you want the text from the PS file to make it's way
into Word, sure, a few ways.

My first shot would be to convert the PS to PDF and
copy to clipboard the text and paste it into Word.
Also, try opening the PS in Ghostview, copy to
clipboard and paste into Word.

You will get the text in Word. For any graphics,
display the PDF on the screen and copy the graphic to
clipboard and paste into Word.

If you want to convert the file to Word, retaining all
formating, styles, graphics, etc....No, not that I
know of.
