Try to get a hold of a Program call Fullshot. It makes capturing screens easy. Also, try linking your graphics to the doc instead of inserting them, then check your print settings. All of these can affect the quality of your printed image. Of course you could save yourself a bunch of time with all of your doc and just buy FrameMaker. It handles images, table, and formatting much better than word.

Hello, we are currently capturing screens using Paint Shop Pro, saving
as a 16 colors BMP, inserting to Word as a picture and finally using
PDFWriter to create the PDF. The screenshots look terrible in PDF form,
both on the screen and printed. Any ideas?
