Well, no comma. Also, if it is indicating a measurement in increments, it is
not being expressed in percentages. Increments would be a measurement, such
as inches, millimeters, Angstroms, etc. A percentage is porportional, and
not incremental.



"Indicates the actual passline adjustment as a percentage"

or

"Indicates the actual passline adjustment (expressed as percentage)"

or

The actual passline adjustment will be expressed as a percentage

or

Expresses the actual passline adjustment as a percentage of the average of
25 passes.

or something.
