I don't recall who asked the question, but someone was asking about HTML
translation software.
For those who are interested, I have spent several days testing HTML Transit
3.2 and it seems to work quite well.
Thus far, I have tested several large Word documents and an Excel
spreadsheet. The program takes a little getting used to, but once you
determine how everything works, I would say it is a piece of cake to use!
Word documents translate very well if you have used Styles within the
document. I had no problems with different heading sizes, tables, bulleted
lists, and other formatting features. Even the images worked well. Creating
Table of Contents and Index frames are quite easy to do as well.
This is a HUGE improvement over the Word HTML converter - it actually works!
