Maybe the person with the Masters degree has NO work experience and is
trying to break into the business. At this point that person is not a TW
yet and still has alot to learn. (Of course this is just an asumption on my
part.)

You OTH have already impressed them with your ability, and have some
experience in this field. Maybe you can argue the fact that they know
exactly what they are getting with you and if they want to start over with
someone else JUST TO SAVE A MEASLY $3000, well, go ahead.
