David, I did exactly as you mentioned. I put a short section in the
front with tips and tricks of Acrobat Reader. I put exact steps of
how to open documents in different windows, how to make the
fonts chunky instead of fuzzy, and how to use the find feature.
Though I added that text over a year ago, I haven't had any feedback,
positive or negative on it.
But that seems to be par with everything except typos.
