Multi-tasking lives... though not always in large corporations. Those of us
who work in small companies or smaller divisions of large companies often
produce our documents "soup to nuts." I enjoy the challenge of bringing
all aspects of a book together and would find doing only one part
difficult. Recent posts indicate that some writers prefer to write and
leave the rest to others. I guess it is all a matter of what you look for
in your work.

If you find your current responsibilities less challenging than you prefer
and change within is not possible, seeking other opportunities may be your
only recourse.
