Why yes! Writicus 4:11 in the sacred text of Technical Communications
states:
"Thou shalt not use arrow key symbols instead of spelling them out."
Actually, there are no rules, except use something that the user will
understand. That is from the book of Jason (sacred text, Jason Unearthed
and Dusted Off).
