I want to second this remark. Even if you're not looking for a job,
doing a quick read over the job postings gives you an idea of what is
going on in the industry, what companies are looking for. I used a
composite of the job postings on this list once to create my job
description. I was the first and only tech writer, so it was wide open.
The job postings I collected also helped my boss, who knew nothing of
tech writing, to get an idea of what it is we do.

I hate to hear that people don't want to post jobs to this list for fear
of being flamed. The job is usually stated clearly in the subject line,
just delete it.

<<Agencies and companies posting jobs are doing us a favor. Let's
lighten up and just hit the delete key.>>
