I would disagree with a cc. All that would prove is that your ISP is
working. You would still have the problem of a company acknowledging
receipt.

In my experience, I find that most companies, no matter how the resume is
sent in (fax, e-mail, or snail-mail) its the odd and rare company that will
acknowledge receipt. The only way to definitly know for certain is to follow
through with a phone call.
