Of course, it kinda depends on what the contents of these web frames are and on
what kinda printer you're using. If the web pages use bizarre printing colors
(like bright yellow on a dark background), you might want to Copy and Paste the
data in your word processor. If you try to print the frame itself, you might
get very faint letters on a white page (or if you use a color printer, bright
yellow on white. Yuk!).

However, if you want what the actual web frame looks like on your monitor, you
might want to go with the screen grab idea. If you want an individual frame,
you can right-click on the frame and open it in a new window, and then get the
screen grab.
