     Two suggestions:

     Quietly go to your manager (especially if you report to the same
     person as the engineers) and/or Human Resources, explain your problem,
     and ask for help.  Emphasize that your company's reputation and
     success in the marketplace is at stake.  Make it clear that you don't
     want to disparage the abilities of Jr. Engineer and that you want to
     maintain the best possible work relationships with Jr. Engineer, but
     that the situation has to be fixed.

     Suggest to management that all documents should be reviewed by at
     least two SMEs.  Different reviewers will catch different problems,
     and that will improve the quality of your documentation.  Having all
     of your SME's review documents on other products will also keep them
     from devloping tunnel vision and make them more flexible if management
     needs to change their work assignments, either temporarily or
     permanently.
