I'm a a former paper manual/procedures person who went to Help
Desk/Systems Admin and now transitioning to Online Help Systems.
(During this time I also went from PC to Mac to a bit of Unix to Mac and
partly back to PC).
I'm currently looking for any good ideas on getting RoboHelp training.
I do not currently own a PC, and am not currently employed as a
Technical Writer, but poised to dive headlong into the Online Help
business. Living near Victoria, BC.
Um, does anyone use online Help? (The users that is....).
