Hi,

for mousepad I'm using a sheet of normal copy paper fastened to the
table with easy-to-remove tape. It is replaced regularly, typically
weekly.

It is by far the best solution I've ever had:

* It's an absolutely perfect mouse playground surface.

* The mouse needs significantly less frequent cleaning.

* It's easy to see when it's dirty and needs to be replaced.

How did I find out? After having used a normal mousepad for some
time, I discovered that it needed cleaning, and so I did, although it
never became really clean. But I was surprised that it became SO
dirty. While it was drying, I used a (loose) piece of copy paper as
mousepad - and found that it worked. I then fastened it with some
tape. And later on it struck me, that now the mouse needed much less
frequent cleaning, most likely because most of the dirt collected by
the mouse come from the mousepad (surprise !!!).

Try it - most likely you'll never regret it!
