You come to the podium and announce that you have found a quick and
easy way to move documents back and forth between Word and Frame and
from either into HTML, all with no change to their displayed
appearance.

However, it takes a whole page to explain, and not everyone is
interested, so to avoid wasting everyone's time, you say you'll tell
people about it privately.

As you leave the podium, a crowd gathers around you, clamoring for
your solution. Meanwhile, the next fourteen people who step to the
podium say that they want to hear about it.

Finally, you return to the podium to explain your idea, which boils
down to representing all of your material in three heading styles
and a body style. And avoiding graphics, of course.
