Re: problem with top border of table not showing up.
I assume that the person having the problem has tried to put a border on
the top manually using Format Borders & Shading. I have had the top or
bottom border not show up on the screen before, but it would print all
right. This seems to happen when the table is the first or last thing in
the document. Maybe putting a paragraph mark before the table would help.
