And not just any old driver, either...a color PS driver, not PCL or some
other language. If possible, use Adobe's PS driver. And if possible, use
Assistant.

I would add...

Install the Acrobat Distiller 3.0 driver, which is optimized for color and
PDF's--it has no unprintable area, has a maximum output size of 46 inches
square and includes a "Screen" size.

When "printing" the document, in the Print Dialog Box select the following
"Printer" details:

Name: "Acrobat Distiller 3.0"

and you should also see...

Type: "AdobePS Acrobat Distiller 3.0"
Where "...\DISSTAST.PS"

Check the Print to file option, naming the file as a .ps file (not .prn) in
the folder of your choice and awaaay you go.

Fire up Distiller (if you haven't "printed" to file to a watched folder),
open the .ps file for Distiller (or drag it onto the Distiller Dialog Box)
and you should see the PDF of your dreams.
