For Internet Explorer, Microsoft has free add-ins which
allow a number of Asian languages to be viewed on
English Windows. Check the MS free download Web site.
(Asian-language E-mail in Outlook Express is also supported).
It has been reported that these add-ins can be made to
work with Netscape browsers. You can also create a sys-
tem with multiple primary partitions and different language
versions of Windows on each, and switch between them.

There are Language Kits for the Mac which allow you
to use (1) Asian-language or (2) (double-byte) Worldscript-
compatible software (including IE) with Asian languages.
The shareware Page Spinner is an example of (2).
