Coca-Cola Computer Services seeks a technical writer to fill a permanent
position in Vienna, Austria, for a minimum of three years. If you have been
wanting to work in Europe, this is an excellent opportunity.
We write documentation in English for technically-oriented users who
install and support our software, which runs on the IBM AS/400. As the
writer assigned to a product team, you will be responsible for creating new
and maintaining existing technical reference, installation, and user
documentation.
Salary will be paid in the local currency (Austrian schillings).
Requirements:
1. Three or more years of experience in planning, researching, writing, and
editing documentation used to program, install, migrate, troubleshoot, and
learn software.
2. Ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Adobe PageMaker or FrameMaker, Microsoft
Word, Adobe Acrobat
Work experience related to any of the following business areas is a plus:
finance, production, sales and distribution, order taking
