listservs that might find it interesting, and I immediately thought of you
all! If you could spare even a moment to help her out, you'll in turn grace

My name is Ginger Lumsden, and I am a student in the Master's in Technical
Communication program at NC State University. I am working on a paper on
government documents online. Please take a moment to answer the following
survey questions. This will help me greatly with my project. Thank you in

1. Have you had the opportunity to view Kenneth Starr's report on President
Bill Clinton online?
