Not read: Test message

What are with all the damn "Not read: Test message" messages that have been
going out over the past few days???  Will the moderator (ejray -at- raycomm -dot- com)
please install a filter to eliminate these?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I get hundreds of email messages a
day at work, and I don't have the time or the inclination to receive and
then read this nonsense!

I believe one of the direct quotes we all see here is "Please stay on
topic--4000+ people will read your message."  Can someone please explain
how these messages are related to ANY topic?  They're merely spam to me.

For those of you sending these messages, STOP IT and find another forum to
"test" your email applications or whatever it is your'e doing.
