(In response to a reply from Howard and Becky Faye)

I have been a training material developer, with a lot of CBT, for about
12 years. I now find myself doing a lot of tech writing as well.
Though I am not currently involved in an on-line help project, nor do I
see a chance of it in near term. I would like to enhance my current
pool of skills. I always like to learn more. We use Robo-help, here,
and I see a lot of online help experience on this list. I have never
done an on-line help project. I am looking for a good source to at
least get familiar with the mechanics of doing one. Then I would like
to attempt a small one on my home computer so that I am at least
familiar with the process. I have no idea how and where to get started
or what tools to use, which tools are best for what, etc. I currently
have FrameMaker on my home PC, and Word is currently not an option,
though I think it would probably be easier with word? I have no idea
what is involved. Can you point me to a good source? (Ps I have a lot
of experience with PDF.)

PLEASE REPLY OFF-LIST. I'LL SUMMARIZE AND POST TO THE LIST.
TIA FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
