Describe the stretches? Let's see...

Lock the elbow of the arm you are stretching -- straight arm. Down is easiest. With the other hand, hold the back of the hand so that the wrist is bent in an L shape. Not to the point of pain, but just before it. Hold that for two full minutes and slowly release.

Then, with the arm still locked, bend the wrist backwards by holding the fingers up. You can rotate the wrist by moving the fingers around till you find the sorest tendons. It will vary depending on your keyboard, or what activity you've been doing. Find the sore spot and hold it just before the point of pain for another two minutes. Slowly release and do the same to the other arm.

Wow. That wasn't easy to describe. If it's not clear enough, ask specific questions.

There were some other exercises that were not real easy to do in the office and I haven't been following through with. One was a broom stick with a 1lb weight suspended from a string in the center. With your elbows at your side, roll the weight up, and down, five times. That one hurts pretty good. The goal is to increase the weight over time.
