You would have to clear it with the company. They may approve it as is
or may require a few alterations to protect their proprietary
information and so on, or they may refuse. But the work is not your to
use without permission. Most employers are understanding, at least for
contractors. If you're a permanent employee leaving to go elsewhere,
the story might be different.
