Now I am very interested in how are to construct this line. To me it is
not obvious yet. It seems our field is so diverse that it will be a
great challenge to find *basic skills* that are common.

And getting over obstacles to acceptance that center around a person's
individual background and fears about being able to cross the line is an
even greater challenge.
Such as: I hope the skills definition (certification) doesn't emphasize
a TW degree because mine's in . . . .
or: I hope it doesn't emphasize graphics because all my experience is in
. . . .
or: I hope it doesn't emphasize software manuals because all I write is
. . . .
