The 'tutorial' part contains, steps, screenshots (with appropriate step),
additional explanatory text, and any other information that a new user would
need or find helpful. The 'how to' is the procedural steps with no
screenshots, explanatory text, or other information.
I frequently used this method when creating training material and found that
it was helpful to the students back in their offices.
