Should Stephen King be capable of writing a User Guide (for example) and it
became the "talk of the town" (for its assumed good qualities) would I hire
him, even though he couldn't use FrameMaker? Sure, why not, I can easily find
a FrameMaker expert to comvert it. The additional staff would be costed from
the enormous profits. ;-)
