United Video Satellite Group, a diversified technology leader, provides
satellite-delivered video, audio, data, programming, and networks
integration services both domestically and internationally.

Prevue Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of United Video Satellite Group, is
seeking applications for the following position:

Technical Writer

This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining printed
and online documentation and help systems; maintaining and enhancing
existing documentation; working with development teams to validate
software design and function during software development.

Requirements:

* Strong interviewing skills and ability to effectively
communicate with experts.
* Ability to clearly and succinctly interpret information for
non-technical and technical audiences.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple
projects and work under minimal supervision.
* Familiar with software development process and stages in
documentation process.
* Experience developing tutorials, procedure guides, reference
materials, online help systems and documentation.
* Strong skills with Microsoft products and PC desktop publishing
tools.
* Knowledge of HTML and/or HTML Help and Adobe FrameMaker.
* Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Journalism, English or a
related field.
* Two years technical writing experience.
