opening in our Inverness location [10 miles east of downtown B'ham] for a
manager of documentation, training and quality assurance. The ideal
candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or a related
area as well as 3-5 years experience in managed care. Previous management
experience as well as a background in software development is required.
Exposure to quality assurance procedures and methodologies and prior
training experience is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication
skills as well as presentation skills are a fundamental requirement for this
position.
