If somebody spams you, you should do the following steps:
1. If he is reachable: tell him about and tell him what you will do in
the second step.
Bad idea. Don't send e-mail to the spammer. They will then have your real
e-mail address and you will probably receive even more spam. Like someone
who is spamming you even cares that you are upset about it.
The second step (contacting their service provider) is a better idea.
