Whatever its drawbacks, FrontPage deals with framesets, and Netscape
Composer does not. (Neither does the freebie version of FrontPage, for
that matter.)
So if you find yourself maintaining a site that someone (however
misguided a soul) designed with frames, your choices are limited. Does
someone have a suggestion for a better choice than FrontPage in this
circumstance?
