Nancy,
The problem is probably with your style definition for captions. Choose
Style... from your Format menu. Highlight Caption under Styles and click
on the Modify... button. Then click on the Format button and choose
paragraph. Change the indentation values in the Indents and Spacing tab
(I set mine to 0 so that I can see the caption even with the smallest of
text boxes).

Sorry for the detailed steps, I'm sure I could have just said, "Change
your indentation settings for captions," but hey, I'm a tech writer! ;-)
Besides it was a good warm up for the rest of the day.
