Ooooops! Just one more note that came to mind:

Many graphical (Windows-based) utilities and programs also include
command line components. You may perhaps want to document those and
show how they relate to the ole text-based command line version.

Also, you may want to consider "command line" instead of "text-based" to
distinguish it from the "graphical" or "graphical-based" application or
utility.

Just my 2 cents worth.
