In the past three years I have seen the above and:
- spouse's occupation
- names and ages of children
- full report of medical checkup (attached to resume)
- the reason for leaving every single one of an extensive list of jobs
- religious affiliation

and while I would never refuse to hire (or even refuse to interview)
based on any of this info, it did make me think these people were a
little behind the times (since many of the items, especially marital and
health status, seemed to be standard a few decades ago but are now
discouraged, at least in the sources I've seen), and what else are they
not keeping up with?
