Seeking applicants for a Senior Technical Writer position in San Diego, CA.
Must have 12+ years experience in the technical writing field. Experience
must include writing documentation, online manuals, online help and
engineering specifications. Must be extremely knowledgeable about
FrameMaker and WinHelp and have developed in each. Must be willing to
mentor an Associate Technical Writer. Applicant will sit on client's site
in Rancho Bernardo.
Applicant must have excellent skills in these areas: customer service,
communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning and responsiveness. Must
be assertive, self-sufficient, responsible and work well in stressful,
quickly changing environments.
Applicant must have a college degree in related area. Must understand
software (drivers, utilities, installers), product development, and software
applications. Experience with localization a plus.
