Hi:

I agree with Roger. This list can and does give a lot of assistance. I'd hate
to see that change.

Throughout the years (nearly 30 already?), I've stood on the shoulders of many
fine people, to write code, run systems, architect others, and so on. With a
very few exceptions, each and every one of them was more than courteous to take
time (in often brutally short schedules) to help me.
