'Professional', 'free', 'rush' -- these don't add up.

I went looking on the Web for computer-related clip-art a few months
ago. It reminded me of my last experience of prawning -- hours spent
trawling up and down for little result. At least searching the Web
can be done in while seated a warm, dry, well-lit room. And there's
no worries about stepping on something poisonous.

I spent hours searching and waiting for images to download, and ended
up with three passable images that I thought I could use.

We got one of those 100,000 images packs, from Masterclip. I think
you can get them for about $US 40.  It has photos, photo-style TIFFs,
line art, icons, and so on. It's pretty well organised and catalogued.

$40 is a lot less than it costs for two hours of my time. In my first
two hours on the Web I came up with exactly nothing usable. Forget
'free' clip-art and save yourself some money.

BTW does your boss know where I can obtain free, superb-tasting beer
that won't give me a headache? Do they deliver?
