Okay, so my thinking wasn't that far off. But...

For anyone working on "living" documents, what is your choice for creation/delivery (HTML, HAT, Standard Word Processor Document(s), etc.)?

And...
1.) what can you offer me, other than version control woes, about your experiences in maintaining one document or a set of "evergreens"
2.) is it more often standard practice to print hard copy periodically, or are the documents accessed online most often?
