Yes it's still used - picked up some bumf at the ISTC conference last year
(still haven't read it all!!). It seems a very good idea but the only
people I know who have used it did so because they HAD to. There is now
also XML (don't know a lot about it) which is supposed to be "easier and
friendlier" - we'll see.
