I am looking for -more or less scientific- articles about help design
/ hypertext / online user support or instructional design. Best would
be articles presenting some research ....
Maybe some of you maintain a list you are willing to share...
The problem is that i can find enough text on these subjects, but most
of these text are 'just' opinions, not backed by some (references to)
research or 'theories'.
