From the Mac platform, I've always liked BBEdit. It has HTML tools, but it
is a quick editor much like WordPad (well, a *lot* more robust). I hate
WYSIWYG editors. They've never done anything but give me frustration
(especially when someone insists on using them and then I've had to edit
the HTML later - ick).
