I've promised myself that I wouldn't comment on these kinds of decisions
but here's how I handle unavailable options:

1. If there is a menu option/item that is not available, the HELP
reference and User's Manual calls it "Not presently implemented." No
promises, just the facts, ma'am.

2. If there's no reference to the planned option anywhere in the GUI,
then it's not mentioned anywhere in the manual or in HELP.
