One minute of reading material? That's like asking students to write
three pages, regardless of writing size, margins, or line spacing.
The idea about "one screenful" is also of limited value: different
people have different monitors and different window sizes.
More to the point: what sort of content? How is it structured? How will
the reader use it or interact with it? F'rinstance, you might want to
put up a detailed operational procedure: the whole thing might take
someone (doesn't matter who) 30 minutes to read in full, but all they'll
ever actually do is read one paragraph at a sitting.
