Earlier this week, someone on the list mentioned Compose, an Acrobat
plug-in that streamlines and enhances creation of .pdf files. It
looks like it would do what you're asking. See www.ambia.com for more
information.
I am looking at the Compose product information, but haven't tried it.

Does anyone know of a way to maintain hyperlinks or bookmarks created in
Word when the file is converted to pdf?
