Alas, more often than not such "cool tools" require Win32 or
something equally pervasive and useless.

Well, having not been afflicted with an OS that had to change its basic
structure to become 32-bit, I wouldn't know. ;{>} Seriously, it looks like
there's a runtime but no compiler for non 32-bit Windows.
