It's not clear if "folder" means a paper container, or a disk directory.
If it's on disk, folders/directories themselves take very little space,
so why not have enough folders to identify each category it contains,
such as "Offers," "TechNotes," "Tips," etc.?
If it's paper, perhaps print a table of contents on the outside.
