My co. is going to soon start making product and related doc available via our
web site. My question concerns customer expectations. I would guess that
customers are going to expect the doc to be more up to date than they
currently expect in the hard copy. While we plan customer surveys and site
visits, I'd like to hear from anyone who has taken this step and has info on
what the customer expectations were. BTW, we currently only update the doc
when we restock or when we move to another release; we do NOT issue doc update
pages.
