Canadian Editors/Writers

I've been asked to submit price quotes to an environmental/engineering firm for preparing proposals and reports. I would expect that most of the work would involve preparing these documents from handwritten/typed notes and editing same, plus contributing my knowledge of writing/editing to ensure professionalism and accuracy. I am assuming that this kind of work involves different pricing than the "usual" prices for writing manuals, online help, etc. I also expect that working from my home office, using my own equipment, etc. should be taken into consideration?

Please reply directly to me. Thanks for any help you can give me.
