Required: a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a
college degree in technical writing, computers (IS),
English, or related field.

Qualifications for technical writers:
* Skill in documenting software through interviewing and working
with SMEs and through use of the software.
* Ability to coordinate projects and work effectively with clients
in gathering requirements and meeting deadlines.
* Knowledge of MS Office, Visio, PaintShop Pro, and
electronic publishing tools.
Qualifications for online Help developers/writers:
* Skill in documenting software through interviewing and working
with SMEs and through use of the software.
* Skilled in using RoboHELP and HTML-based Help.
* Skilled in writing for online and the intranet/extranet
Qualifications for technical trainers:
* Skill in designing courses for computer software
and business applications.
* Skilled in writing curricula and training materials.
* Skilled in training IS professionals to tailor/customize
TES software for specific industries.
