I want to create links in PDF files from PageMaker 6.5 using the
Export to PDF option. I have one book containing several files that
have had index marks added and TOC entries indicated via paragra
formatting.
Even though I've used the Create Index and Create TOC, none of the
links are being created in the output PDF file. When I choose PDF
Options, all the little checkboxes relating to links are greyed
